Abstract
Jenna Gribbon(b. 1978, Knoxville, TN) is an artist working primarily within the medium of painting. Her paintings challenge the sanctity of the private, while melding a queer and feminist critique of art history's representation of the nude figure.
Description
This work was created as part of an open pedagogy assignment for Professor Kershaws's ART 3999r: Contemporary Art in Fall 2024 at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
