The 13th Annual River Cities I-O (RCIO) Psychology Conference was our biggest success yet, drawing close to 170 attendees to Chattanooga to explore the topics of climate and culture at work. Participants joined us from at least 10 different universities and multiple non-academic organizations. As with previous RCIO conferences, the presentations and posters covered a wide range of topics associated with this year's theme and the more general practice of I-O psychology. This year's poster session featured 39 projects, primarily with students as the lead researchers. This year's excellent keynote address was presented by Tim Kuppler of Human Synergistics on the topic of culture change processes. Several other top-notch presentations were also delivered and details on each of these are available in these online conference proceedings. Enjoy!
