The 21st Annual River Cities I-O (RCIO) Psychology Conference was held at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on November 7 and 8, 2025. Approximately 130 students and professionals participated in this event to explore current challenges and opportunities associated with how to optimize human performance in an era of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital monitoring. Attendees represented more than 10 different universities and several non-academic organizations. This event began with a mind-expanding keynote presentation on * by Richard Landers. A series of other thematic presentations then followed throughout the day (as summarized in these proceedings). Two highly interactive and engaging poster sessions featured nearly 40 poster presentations. Details on all of these presentations from RCIO 2025 are available in these online proceedings.
