The 14th Annual River Cities I-O (RCIO) Psychology Conference was held October 26 and 27, 2018. One hundred forty students and professionals attended this event at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga to discuss and learn about issues associated with turnover and retention in work organizations. This conference was kicked off with an excellent keynote presentation on the past, present, and future of turnover and retention research by Dr. Tom Lee of the University of Washington. We had representation from 6 different universities and a number of regional non-academic organizations. The 6 session presentations and 33 posters covered a wide range of topics associated with this year's theme and the more general practice of I-O psychology. Details on all of the presentations from RCIO 2018 are available in these online proceedings.
