The 15th Annual River Cities I-O (RCIO) Psychology Conference was held October 25 and 26, 2019. One hundred sixty students and professionals attended this event at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga to learn about the importance of "Applying Psychology to Enhance the Value of Data Analytics" in work and other applied contexts. Featuring several new updates to the traditional RCIO format, this year's even was kicked off with a thoroughly engaging keynote presentation by Dr. Shawn Bergman of Appalachian State University. Session and poster presentations then followed throughout the main day of the conference, with representation from more than 10 different universities and at least 5 non-academic organizations. The 7 session presentations and 47 posters covered a wide range of topics associated with this year's theme and the more general practice of I-O and related forms of applied psychology. Details on all of the presentations from RCIO 2019 are available in these online proceedings. The winners of the 2019 RCIO poster competition were as follows: 1st place: Chelsea Wymer & Alexandra Zelin (UTC) for "Validating an ally skill-building workshop: Assessing antecedents and outcomes." 2nd place: Lindsey Wuerfel, Karissa Scholten, Tim Huelsman et al. (Appalachian State University) for "Smells like school spirit: The organizational factors affecting targeted student and teacher outcomes." 3rd place: Chelsea Bell & Judith Van Hein (MTSU) for "Feeling remote: Factors influencing isolation in remote workers."
